Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker or digestive biscuit crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- ¼ cup toffee or caramel bits
- A pinch of sea salt
- Chopped nuts or toffee pieces for topping
Instructions
- Make the crust: Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined. Spoon a layer into the bottom of small jars or dessert cups and gently press down.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cream: Whip the heavy cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the cream-cheese mixture until light and smooth.
- Add the caramel: Fold in a few tablespoons of salted caramel sauce. Add a small pinch of sea salt for a stronger salted-caramel flavor.
- Layer the desserts: Add cheesecake filling over the crumb base. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce, then add another layer of cheesecake filling.
- Finish: Top each cup with extra caramel, crushed toffee pieces, and chopped nuts.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours before serving.
Tip: Keep the jars refrigerated and serve cold. These make a great make-ahead dessert for parties or family gatherings. 🍮✨
