- 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped (plus 2 tbsp pickle juice)
- ¼ cup red onion, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped (for coating)
- Crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks for serving
Instructions:
1. Mix the Base
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar, pickles, onion, dill, garlic powder, pepper, and pickle juice until fully combined.
