Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Bake the Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment.
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and thick (~5 mins). Add vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold gently.
- Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 10-12 mins until springy.
2. Roll & Cool
- Dust a clean towel with powdered sugar.
- Flip warm cake onto towel, peel off parchment, and roll up (towel inside). Cool completely.
3. Make the Filling
- Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
4. Assemble
- Unroll cake gently. Spread filling evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle M&M’s over filling.
- Re-roll (without towel), wrap in plastic, and chill 1 hour.
5. Decorate
- Dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with melted chocolate.
