Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Classic, chewy, and ready in 15 minutes – no oven needed!

Ingredients (Makes 24 cookies):

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats

Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ tsp salt (if using unsalted butter)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

1. Boil the Base

In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a full rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

2. Mix in Remaining Ingredients

Remove from heat. Immediately stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted. Add oats (and any extras) and mix well.

3. Scoop & Set

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper. Let cool 30 minutes until firm.
