Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs

Creamy, spicy, and loaded with bacon – the ultimate party appetizer with a kick!

Ingredients (for 12 halves):

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • Extra bacon crumbles
  • Sliced jalapeño rounds
  • Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions:

1. Prep the Eggs

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

2. Make the Filling

  1. Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayo, diced jalapeño, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. For extra spice, add ½ tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.

3. Fill & Garnish

  1. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  2. Top with extra bacon, jalapeño slices, and chives.

4. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
