Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or refrigerated dough)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon crumbles
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh chives (for garnish)

Optional Add-ons:

  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Hot sauce

Instructions:

1. Prep the Crust

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place crust on a baking sheet and pre-bake for 5 minutes (for extra crispiness).

2. Scramble the Eggs

Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until softly set (they’ll finish baking on the pizza).

3. Assemble & Bake

4. Garnish & Serve
