Ingredients:

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon crumbles
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh chives (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prep the Crust
