Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with garlicky, cheesy goodness!

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup (240ml) warm water

For the Topping:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Make the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

2. Prepare Garlic Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and chili flakes. Set aside.

3. Shape & Top

  1. Roll the dough into a 10×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Transfer to a baking tray, spread garlic butter evenly, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.

4. Bake

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

5. Serve

Slice into sticks and serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing!
