Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with garlicky, cheesy goodness!
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup (240ml) warm water
For the Topping:
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
2. Prepare Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and chili flakes. Set aside.
3. Shape & Top
- Roll the dough into a 10×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Transfer to a baking tray, spread garlic butter evenly, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
4. Bake
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Serve
Slice into sticks and serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing!

Extra crispy? Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Cheese lover? Add cheddar or cream cheese for extra richness.
Short on time? Use store-bought pizza dough instead.
