Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb sliced salami
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Layer the pepperoni and salami evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the meats.
  5. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.
  6. Place the rolled log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the Stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice into thick pieces and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
