Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles, for garnish
    Directions:
  1. Prepare the Dough
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  1. Combine Dry Ingredients
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  1. Fold in Chocolate Chips
  • Gently fold in both the white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.
  1. Form Cookies
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Decorate with holiday sprinkles if desired.
  1. Bake
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
